IPPR publishes ‘Right to buy 2.0’
The Institute for Public Policy Research, one of Britain’s leading think tanks, publishes ‘Right to buy 2.0’- a pamphlet co-written by David and Frank Field MP. In it, the case for the unlocking of trapped capital in social housing is made: which would enable the improvement and expansion of the country’s sorely lacking social housing stock.
